In 2019 more than 40 per cent of five-year-olds in New Zealand had tooth decay.*

Kids can oftentimes make brushing a nightmare and telling them they will wish they took care of them when they are adults is almost pointless…. It’s so far away in their minds.

The Department of the Tooth Fairy of New Zealand has decided that one motivating factor could very well be the payout for teeth when collected by a Fairy.

Effective immediately the Tooth Fairy will now fill out the following Tooth Inspection Sheet and using their discretion will make payment based on the quality of the tooth presented.

The original Tooth Fairy of NZ Tooth Inspection Sheet can be printed and filled out. However to streamline the process the New Simplified Sheet can be filled out on a computer and printed without being handwritten.

Which form is used is entirely up to the discretion of the Tooth Fairy.
