We love printing Classic Tees
Coming in at 220gsm and 100% Cotton the Classic Tee (Marles have 15% Polyester) is amongst the best surfaces to print and gives us an awesome canvas to print on.

Neck ribbing, side seamed, shoulder to shoulder tape, double needle hems, preshrunk to minimise shrinkage
Even AS Colours price-point tees (Basic and Block) are great quality, however the Classic Tee takes this a step further and is simply leagues ahead of any other garment from any other manufacturer.Depending on your preference the lighter Organic Tees and heavier Heavy tee are comparable.
Classic Tees print up fantastic.

BRANDING Clasic Tees
We offer three main methods of branding:
Screen Printing Classic Tees
With the excellent finish we suggest printing classic tees. Most t-shirts are better printed, however the 5026 classic tee is simply fantastic to print on. Starting out as t-shirt printers we know a great printing tee when we see it.
We print using PVC and Phthalate Free Plastisol onto other products such as Tee shirts and Aprons. Perfect for t-shirt screen printing. AS Colour NZ and more.
Embroidering Classic Tees
Embroidery is great for Shirts and Aprons and is long lasting and looks extremely classy. However thinner garments can pucker when embroidered or simply feel strange with a stiffer area from the embroidery.
The classic weighs in at 220gsm so isn’t exactly light even so if you want classic tees embroidered, we suggest small embroidery areas.
Digital
At Custom Branded we are of the opinion that Digital transfers have come a long way, and are perfect for short runs where a large number of colours are required or where a large branding area is required, Digitals can prove to be cheaper than Screen Print or Embroidery when small quantities are required. Fine text is not suited to this method and whilst it does save on setup fees it is typically more costly than either Screenprint or Embroidery for longer runs. Pricing is based on area.
